THIS CHURCH BUILT IN 1684 AT THE JUNCTION OF LANGDAY AND BAHAY RIVERS, WAS RUINED BY A TYPHOON IN 1706. CONSTRUCTED IN 1720, THE SECOND CHURCH LASTED UNTIL 1731, WHEN THE TOWN, WHICH WAS TRANSFERRED TO ITS PRESENT SITE, ERECTED ANOTHER CHURCH.
