CHURCH OF BULA

THE TOWN DATES FROM 1578. THE FIRST CHURCH WAS DESTROYED BY FIRE IN 1676. THE SECOND CHURCH, BUILT IN 1688, WAS DESTROYED BY A TYPHOON IN 1700. THE PRESENT CHURCH WAS COMPLETED IN 1706 AND REPAIRED IN 1876 AND 1885.
