CHURCH OF PAGSANJAN

FOUNDED, 1687. FATHER AGUSTIN DE LA MAGDALENA, FIRST CURATE. ORIGINAL CHAPEL OF BAMBOO AND NIPA RECONSTRUCTED, 1690, UNDER THE DIRECTION OF MIGUEL GUAN-CO AND ALGUACIL MAYOR ALONSO GARCIA. IMPROVED, 1853 BY FR. JOAQUIN DE CORIA. TRANSEPT ADDED, 1872 BY FR. SERAFIN LINARES AND FR. CIPRIANO BAC. DAMAGED DURING WORLD WAR II.
