DEDICATED TO THE MEMORY OF MARIA YLAGAN OROSA (1892-1945), PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMIST, HOME ECONOMIST, HUMANITARIAN, ORGANIZER OF THE GOVERNMENT'S HOME EXTENSION SERVICE, GUERRILLA WORKER. DIED IN LINE OF DUTY, 13 FEBRUARY 1945.
