CHURCH OF LOS BAÑOS
HOSPITAL CHAPEL DEDICATED TO OUR LADY OF THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION USED IN THE ABSENCE OF A CHURCH FROM 1613 TO 1727, DESTROYED BY FIRE, CHAPEL WAS REPLACED BY A CHURCH STRUCTURE MADE OF BAMBOO AND NIPA. CHURCH OF STONE ON ITS PRESENT SITE ERECTED I ABOUT 1790 UNDER THE DIRECTION OF FR. DOMINGO MATEO, CONSTRUCTION OF BELFRY SACRISTY AND TILE ROOFING SUPERVISED BY FR. MANUEL AMAT, 1852; CONVENT AND TOWER DESTROYED BY EARTHQUAKE, 1863; REPAIRS MADE DURING THE ADMINISTRATION OF FRS. MANUEL RODRIGUEZ AND GILBERTO MARTIN, 1880.
Hi. I've been to this church many times, but I've never seen its historical marker. Where is it located?
