  1. sir/ma'am, Clark Field has not been in use for decades. In fact, it was already Clark Air Base when Mt. Pinatubo erupted in 1991. And since then, it has evolved into the present-day Clark Freeport Zone (previously Clark Special Economic Zone) which is an economic, industrial and logistics hub, AND NOT a military camp.
